Agreement to provide accessible sales counter in Riverside

Sales counters at businesses must be accessible to customers using wheelchairs.

After a complaint by one of our clients, Seabock Price was able to get a Riverside retailer to agree to provide an accessible height sales counter.

It is illegal to fail to provide a lowered counter, or to use lowered counters as storage rather than making them usable for those that need them.

If you have had difficulty making a purchase at a local business due a high sales counter, or an out-of-reach point-of-sale device/credit card machine, please reach out to Seabock Price for a free consultation: info@seabockprice.com or 323-616-0490.
